Taste of the Race is only days away and everyone I know is planning on doing some serious indulging on Friday night. How can you not? They are going to have over 20 of the best chefs and restaurants on the Gulf Coast lined up to put something amazing on our menu. One of said chefs is Signature Catering of 30A’s Christopher Holbrook. He strives to bring every customer “Fabulous Food and Outstanding Service.” I can speak from experience that he and his team will exceed your expectations, while staying on budget. He has many different menus including brunch menus, dessert menus, and beach boil menus. He will partner with you to bring your vision to life and will have your taste buds singing.
Chef Holbrook has had a passion for cooking since the young age of five, citing his grandmother’s chicken and dumplings as a memorable dish from his youth. He attended the Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, S.C. where he was Student Body President. He worked under local celebrity chef Tim Creehan, in Atlanta at Bluepoint. Bluepoint was the #1 restaurant in the area at the time. He has traveled and worked everywhere from Ireland to New Orleans (and many places in between), eventually landing here on our beautiful Beaches of South Walton.
