Hi Chef Friends!

Please join us for the Taste of the Race on Friday, February 28, 2020 benefiting the culinary program at the Seaside Neighborhood School. Through this opportunity, students will be able to continue to expand their knowledge about food and healthy habits in our very own Culinary Garden.

For the first time, we are offering two different levels of restaurant participation:

Option 1: Engagement + Booth Participant

We would like each participating chef team to engage with our Culinary Garden & Teaching Kitchen program students. We ask that your team visits with and delivers a culinary lesson to the students at the Seaside Neighborhood School or invite them to your restaurant prior to our 2020 Race Weekend.

Your restaurant will have the opportunity to submit up to five (5) recipes for consideration (and accompanying branding) to be included in the Seaside Neighborhood School cookbook and sold to support our Culinary Garden & Teaching Kitchen program. One of the recipes must be your featured dish for the event.

You will receive a booth at the event, and we ask that you are prepared to serve 2-ounce portions of your featured dish to approximately 700 guests. Recipes and the featured dish must be received by Friday, January 10, 2020. Click here to confirm your participation.

Option 2: Booth Participant Only

Your restaurant will have the opportunity to submit up to five (5) recipes for consideration (and accompanying branding) to be included in the Seaside Neighborhood School cookbook and sold to support our Culinary Garden & Teaching Kitchen program. One of the recipes must be your featured dish for the event.
