CAN I PICKUP MY RACE PACKET ON RACE DAY?
No. You cannot pick up your race packet on Race Day.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICKUP MY RACE PACKE FOR ME?
All participants must pick up their own race packets in person on Saturday of Race Weekend from 12:00 to 4:00 PM. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. While a third party can pick up your t-shirt and bag, they cannot collect your race bib. Please plan accordingly.
WHERE CAN I PARK FOR THE RACE EXPO AND RACE DAY?
Public parking near SEASIDE® is extremely limited. We encourage those participating in Race Weekend events to take the shuttle that's available Saturday and Sunday from Emerald Coast Middle School (ECMS) located at 4019 US-98 #6024, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459, or purchase a VIP Parking Pass for Sunday, February 16, 2025.
SHUTTLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXPO AND PACKET PICKUP ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH.
For Saturday's Expo and Packet Pickup, extremely limited public parking is available and all residential SEASIDE® parking will not be accessible to race participants. Please ride the complimentary shuttles running from 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM CST.
PARKING IN SEASIDE® WILL BE AVAILABLE EXCLUSIVELY TO PARKING PASS HOLDERS ON RACE DAY.
For Race Day, all SEASIDE® entry points from 30A and 395 will be closed, and only those with a valid pass will be permitted to enter. Each intersection and point of entry will be manned and this policy will be strictly enforced. Please ride the complimentary shuttles running from 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST.
PLEASE NOTE THE 30A ROAD CLOSURE AT 5:30 AM CST ON RACE DAY, SUNDAY FEBRUARY 16TH.
All Parking Pass holders will need to have entered SEASIDE® before that time to access the VIP Parking Area. To ensure the safety of all runners and participants, cars will not be allowed to exit SEASIDE® until the road is re-opened at 10:30 AM CST.
CAN I REGISTER ON RACE DAY?
Race Day registration is NOT available.
CAN I SWITCH FROM THE HALF MARATHON TO THE 5K?
Yes, but only while the 5K is open for registration, and transfer fees may apply. We anticipate that the 5K will reach its field limit well before Race Weekend.

WHAT ARE THE EVENT START TIMES?
The Half Marathon starts at 7:00 AM CST on Sunday, February 16, 2025. The 5K starts at 7:30 AM CST on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
WHAT ARE THE TIME LIMITS FOR THE RACE?
The Half Marathon course will reopen to traffic at 10:00 AM, three hours after the race starts. After 10:00 AM, there will be no support for runners or walkers on the course, and participants will be directed to the sidewalk.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?
For safety reasons, the following are strictly prohibited on the race course:
- Dogs
- Strollers
- Baby carriers
- Bicycles
- Skates
- Skateboards
WHAT WILL WEATHER BE LIKE?
It’s always a beautiful day in SEASIDE®! In mid-late February, the weather can be unpredictable. The average high is around 70 degrees, and the average low is about 50. Over the past decade, temperatures have ranged from 35 to 80 degrees. Rain is possible, but not guaranteed. While snowbirds and spring-breakers may brave the Gulf, most find it too cool for swimming this time of year.
WHAT DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE COURSE?
Water and Powerade are available at each water station along the course.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND IF I CAN'T ATTEND?
There are absolutely no refunds.
WHERE DO I GET PHOTOS?
The complimentary finish line and event photos will be provided by the official SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Race Weekend Photography Sponsor. More details will be announced soon.
